Patterns suitable for pyrography, wood burning, relief carving and other crafts

My patterns are suitable for pyrography, wood burning, pencil drawing, painting and many other crafts. The actual patterns are all hand-drawn, not computer generated.

All patterns ordered from me will include a print of the original burning for use as a reference along with the line drawing.

NOTICE: The copyright information below regarding the use of my patterns includes all patterns sold on my website and those sold by other distributors.

My Patterns are for end use by hobbyists and craftsmen only.
Hobbyists and craftsman may sell their finished Items or finished projects that use my patterns.
"Commercial" use of my patterns is not authorized without expressed written consent. Those wishing to use my patterns for any commercial use must contact me directly.
My patterns may not be copied and used as patterns in class projects by anyone without express written consent by the artist. Those wishing to use my patterns for use as classroom projects you must contact me directly.
When you buy one of my patterns, you are purchasing the right to my patterns within the guidelines of this copyright statement, you do not acquire any copyright, ownership, license or any equivalent rights in or to any pattern whatsoever. I reserve and retain all rights and full ownership of my patterns.
My patterns are fully copyrighted and may not be, in part or in whole be distributed, redistributed, published, republished, copied, reproduced, altered or modified and sold or otherwise made available to others in any form for any purposes as patterns or designs of any sort, or for any purposes whatsoever.
Additionally, my patterns may not be used in part or in whole as a piece, part or component of any assemblage including kits, craft kits, class project kits, instruction manuals, assortments, software, collections, brochures, pamphlets, books, magazines, leaflets that are sold or otherwise made available to others.
This web site and all patterns and all content are fully and completely protected by International copyright law and may not be, in part or in whole reproduced, copied, used in any manner whatsoever. Nor appear or be used on any web site without the express written consent of the owner.
If you have bought a pattern and received it you have bought the right to use the pattern in accordance with the copyright policies listed above. You may resize it as needed and store it in your computer for your own personal use but you may not use it for any other purpose and you must comply with item #1-8 above.

The subject of copyright may not sound important but it is THE most important thing you need to know BEFORE you start burning. Unless you are using your own original design you must know a bit about copyright law. Once an artist creates a piece of art (no matter what it is) they own the rights to it. Once someone creates a pattern they own the rights to it. The same goes for written material, photographs, etc. If it's on the internet it's protected by copyright law. Even if it's not registered and even if it's in public domain.

Remember the saying "IMITATION IS THE SINCEREST FORM OF FLATTERY". Well it is usually said ironically when someone tries to gain attention by copying someone else's original ideas and in the case of art, etc. it is not a form a flattery and in most cases people will not be flattered when you copy their original ideas.

Anything copyrighted may not be shared or passed on to others without written permission. Even if you do not intend to sell it or give it away, if you used copyrighted material you must get written permission.

Shipping Information for my patterns and books

The price for Nedra's books and patterns includes shipping by 1st class or media mail without insurance within the USA when the patterns/books are ordered by themselves. Delivery can take up to 9 business days to reach you by media mail. If included with other items they are shipped by other methods which include insurance.

If you are just ordering books/patterns I recommend you add the optional insurance should your order get lost or damaged in the mail. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage unless you pay for the optional insurance.

Getting Patterns Quickly by Email

If you are ordering patterns and would like them quickly let me know and I will email them directly to you. If you are ordering a lot of patterns I suggest you use the links below to have them sent by Priority Mail & insured.

Ordering Patterns While we are Traveling

When we are on the road traveling to shows I do not take the printed patterns with me nor do I have a photo printer with us so all patterns will be emailed to you. Please ensure that your email account is set up to receive attachments.

If you are ordering a large quantity of patterns it might take a few emails to get them all sent so please be patient. You might also want to contact me before ordering to be sure I will be in an area with good wifi so I can email the patterns.

Customers Ordering from Outside the U.S.A.

Online orders are accepted from customers within the U.S.A.

If you live outside the continental U.S.A. and wish to order patterns, please contact me directly about ordering to discuss option.

If you are ordering one or two patterns they will be emailed to you. This will expedite the receipt of your patterns so you won't have to wait for them to arrive by carrier pigeon!

If you wish to have your patterns shipped with insurance for your protection or by priority mail with insurance you can order it at the bottom of the page. Keep in mind that if you do not order insurance I cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your order.
